Join us weekly for a 4 class series aimed to improve your posture, increase strength, improve body mechanics, and most importantly decrease your pain.   Let our team assess your posture and design a personalized posture fitness program in a small group setting.   The process is simple:

  1.  We objectively measure your posture
  2. Classes are 60 minutes of a combination of stretching, strength exercise, postural training, and finally relaxation.
  3. Each week class builds on the skills from previous weeks.
  4. Re-measure your posture at the end of the series and see your improvement.

Week 3: Posture Fit lifting and Moving
